The project involves the construction of a new Municipal Market<\/strong> in the urban center of Larnaca, along with a landscaped open area<\/strong> capable of hosting an outdoor market<\/strong>. The ground floor houses 20 shops<\/strong>, offering products typical of traditional municipal markets, such as fresh produce, nuts, cold cuts, dairy products, local handicrafts, and traditional beverages<\/strong>.<\/p>

In addition, a landscaped open area<\/strong> was created, hosting an outdoor retail market (bazaar)<\/strong>. The mezzanine floor accommodates dining areas<\/strong> as well as a specially designed exhibition space<\/strong>. The roof of the building has been developed as a green space<\/strong>.<\/p>

The entire project also includes the required parking facilities<\/strong> for employees in a separate three-level building<\/strong>.<\/p>

The project was completed in January 2023<\/strong> with a total eligible budget of \u20ac6.3 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
