Redevelopment of Akropoleos Square, Alkis Square, and the surrounding streets

Brief Description / Objective:

The project concerns the redevelopment of road junctions at Acropolis and Alkis Squares and the surrounding streets, as well as the beautification of the area through increased greenery, installation of a water feature, and placement of modern urban equipment. The aim of the project is to aesthetically, qualitatively, and functionally upgrade the area and ensure the smooth and safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles.

Expected Benefits / Outcomes:

The project is expected to improve the quality of life in the area, making it more user-friendly and accessible for all citizens, particularly for individuals with disabilities. The aesthetic upgrade and functional improvement of the infrastructure will increase the area’s attractiveness and usability, while the increase in green spaces and installation of a water feature will create a more pleasant and sustainable environment. The improvement of road infrastructure will facilitate traffic movement and reduce the likelihood of accidents, ensuring better connectivity for all road users.
